At The Founders Circle, we strive to maintain clarity and fairness in all our transactions. Since we offer a community-based digital membership, our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:
- Non-refundable Memberships: Once your membership is activated, the fee is non-refundable.
- Waitlist Fee: The ₹99 waitlist fee is non-refundable but will be adjusted against your membership fee once you join.
- Duplicate Payments: In case of accidental duplicate transactions or any genuine refund requests, we will verify the details and credit the refund within 7 business days.
- Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial or prorated refunds if you discontinue mid-way.
- Membership Revocation: If a member violates our community guidelines (e.g., spamming, offensive conduct), The Founders Circle reserves the right to revoke access. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
